At 6-foot-3 and 285, Port Charlotte, Fla. standout offensive lineman Joe Toth is excited about the start of the season.

"We're doing great," he said after his team won its first two games by a combined score of 89-16. "We're really playing well as a team right now. I've been doing real well myself, too. I've been playing offensive guard and defensive end and tackle so far."

Toth, who is a full academic qualifier, said he's received several recruiting calls in the last several days.

"I'm enjoying it," he said. "There have been a lot of phone calls though. North Carolina has called, Florida, Memphis, Pittsburgh, and some other ones."

The talented offensive lineman said he's still waiting for another one to call.

"I'm still waiting to hear from Miami," he said. "I'm very interested in them. I like Miami, Florida, UCF, North Carolina, Louisville, Pittsburgh, and Memphis right now."

Toth has not yet received any scholarship offers.

"Most of them said they want to see my first three games so hopefully they're getting close to offering," he said.
