No. 1 Cohen in NCAA Singles Championship

Miami junior Audra Cohen earned a spot in tonight's NCAA Singles Championship at 8 p.m., which will be broadcasted live on ESPNU.

Cohen has a 41-2 singles record and will face Lindsey Nelson of USC in the championship. Nelson, also a junior, has a 29-7 record and is the No. 4 seed in the 64-player tournament.

Last year, Cohen had a 34-2 record in singles and reached the Round of 16 and was named the ITA National Player of the Year.

Now, Cohen, 5-foot-9 native of Plantation, Fla., is looking for a singles championship.
