A: It is a big adjustment. The speed is different, but the biggest thing is all the technical stuff. You need to have a lot of knowledge to play at this level.
Q: How has the group of early enrollees been able to be so successful so far?
A: I could not imagine not coming in early. The adjustment to college is a lot on a player and I am glad I got the extra time. It is just good to get in ahead of time.
Q: How much confidence does it give to be able to end spring practice with a 8 tackle performance?
A: I came in expecting to do a good job and I think I did that. You have to have that type of confidence to be successful at this level.
Q: Do you think you will be able to play right away in your college career?
A: That is for my coaches to decide. I am confident in my game, but I do not know about that. I am just going to come out here and compete everyday.
Q: How fun is it for you guys to play in front of fans?
A: I just thank God for this opportunity. It is absolutely a lot of fun. This was a great experience.
Q: What do you about the linebackers on this team?
A: I think the linebackers bring a lot to this team. I think our mentality is to take charge and attack. I think we did a good job today flying to the ball. We were just focusing on making plays and finishing our hits.
Q: How has the adjustment from not running any plays in high school to playing in Coach Young's system?
A: I just feel more comfortable every day. I am focusing on getting my technique and fundamentals down everyday. I am just taking it slow and trying not to get ahead of myself.
Q: How was the experience of spring practice for you?
A: It was an opportunity for me to come out here and get better everyday. It was definitely a test and a new experience for me.
