At 6-foot-7 and 275 pounds, Jasper, Texas standout offensive lineman Jorrie Adams has been having an excellent season.
"I've been going both ways," he said. "It's tough on defense because people have been double and triple teaming me all the time. But I'm just taking care of business. It helps to have a 90+ inch wingspan."
Adams, who is still waiting on SAT scores to return, said he really hasn't given recruiting much thought just yet.
"I haven't set up any visits or anything like that yet," he said. "I really haven't been thinking about it. I still like schools like Texas, Miami, Florida, Texas A&M, LSU, and Oklahoma. They all have [offered]."
Adams, nicknamed "Big Friendly", talked more about the Hurricanes.
"They tight," he said. "It's a good program and they're always winning. You have to like that part of it."
The talented lineman said he will take all of his visits before making a decision.
"I'll decide after my trips," he said. "I'll go where I feel most comfortable, where I get the best coaching, and stuff like that."
