"Miami's been offered me," Robinson said. "They told me back in the spring that I have an offer. They're looking at me as an athlete, someone who can also return kicks and stuff like that."
What does Robinson think of the Hurricanes at this point?
"I like them," he said. "I don't know though. They were one of the last schools to offer me. They're right here and being a Florida team I'm considering them but they're not really one of my top choices. I just don't know about them."
Robinson, 6-feet and 185 pounds, plays quarterback in high school but being one of the fastest players in the entire state, he has a lot of people thinking he may play another position in college.
"Most of the schools are recruiting me at quarterback and that's what I wanna play," he said. "That's the only thing I'm doing this season and that's what I wanna do in college."
The four-star prospect, whose Deerfield Beach team will enter the regular season next week as the state's top-ranked team in Class 6A, has a nice collection of offers.
"I got Florida, West Virginia, all those the same," he said. "I also got offered by Alabama and Auburn recently. I'm still wide open though. I couldn't even tell you a top three, top five, or anything. I'm just gonna wait and see how everything goes."
