Four Star Defensive-End Chooses Miami

Dyron Dye is a four-star defensive end prospect from Sanford Seminole and he is playing in the UnderArmour All-American game tonight. He made his college choice moments ago.

Dye, 6'4" and 215 lbs, announced his college decision just moments ago, and he will be a Miami Hurricane.

"First of all I want to thank God for giving me the opportunity, and it's just been great. I'm a machine, that's why I chose the U, baby!," said Dye after having his mom pick a Miami hat over LSU, FSU, and UF hats.

One of the nation's top defensive-end prospects, Dye had scholarship offers from major programs all over the country, and in the end he chose the Hurricanes over LSU, Florida, and Florida State.

Dye, who helped lead his team to a class 6A state championship this season, becomes Miami's second defensive-end commitment, joining four star Olivier Vernon, who is expected to enroll in school later this month.

Stay tuned as will have complete coverage throughout the night.
