On how the weight has affected his skillset:
"The weight feels better, it feels good, better than last year because since that time I've gotten used to working with it."
On his goals for the spring and becoming a more well rounded player:
"I'm just polishing up trying to be a run stopper and a pass stopper. That's what I'm basically working on this spring."
On the first week of practice:
"First week has been good, because I've been able to work on stuff that I didn't get to work on after. So now we're trying to get all that stuff."
On adjusting to a new scheme:
"It's been pretty simple for us. I don't think it's going to be any different, I think it's going to be the same."
