"Texas was a lot of fun," Moss said. "I learned some things that I didn't know before like how close the coaches and the players at that school really are. That's the kind of situation I want to be in. I hung out with some of the guys and really had a good trip."
Moss has three visits remaining -- one to each of the three Florida schools.
"I guess you could say I'm very interested in playing in that state," he said. "But honestly, I might only take one of those three and it's to Miami this weekend. I've always liked them and they need some help at defensive end. I might just make my decision after I get back from there."
Would that decision likely come down to Texas and Miami?
"Yeah, those would probably be the main ones," he said. "Texas is right here and they have what I'm looking for but Miami's Miami. They always reload and they need some guys at my position and I think I fit into what they do on defense."
So what will it take for the talented defender to leave the state of Texas?
"It really don't matter to be honest," he said. "If Miami's tight like that and I think that's the best spot for me, I'll go but right now I can't even say who my leader is."
