I'm excited man. Anything it takes to help this team win a championship. I trust coach Shannon's philosophy and I love him to death I think he's a great head coach. He's been to the national championship before for so he knows how to get us back to that. Whatever he wants me to do I will do it.
On the move to corner:
It just happened yesterday. I'm just doing whatever to help this team get back to a national championship. You come to Miami to compete with the best players and that's what I'm all about.
On his versatility:
This football team is full of athletes. When it comes to move like I said we'll trust Coach Shannon so whatever he says we do.
On corner experience:
I was all state at corner in high school. I had fun with it in high school.
On his role:
Like I said we all as a team are a close-knit group. Wherever I'm needed him to play. I leave all the rest up to coach Shannon.
On coming out of high school:
I was recruited mostly for corner. I just loved running the football so I took my chances on it.
On his thoughts on the move:
This is the University of Miami. The whole team from offense of standpoint to a defense of standpoint we are all athletes and we can play anywhere. It's not a big issue. We are all athletes and wherever they put us we are capable of doing big things.
On learning the position:
Getting technique right. Getting in the backpedal. Coach McGriff and Coach Shannon and Coach Lovett it will get me right. I'm not worried about it.
On extra work:
As a team we always work. That's our motto. Extra work always pays off. Of course I'm going to put a next work.
I'm excited. I want to see what I'm going to do in game situations. It'll be a good experience for me so I'm excited about it.
On getting physical:
Tomorrow is the scrimmage and it will be live so I'm excited. It's not weird. We are all physical so I will stick my head in there.
