Spartans Move Up In Polls

With their season closing victory over Penn State, Michigan State has moved up the college football polls. Where are the Spartans?

Sunday afternoon saw the latest poll release by the AP and USA Today Coaches Poll.

Last week Michigan State sat at tenth in the USA Today Coaches Poll, and eleventh in the AP Poll with a BCS ranking of tenth.

The early release for the AP and Coaches Polls are out, and Michigan State has now moved up to seventh in both polls following their win over Penn State on Saturday that earned a share of the Big Ten Championship.

Here is the AP Top 10

Ohio State

Michigan State

Boise State

In the USA Today Coaches Poll, the only difference is at the ninth and tenth spot where Boise State and Oklahoma swap places.

Sunday night will be the next release of the BCS and we will add where the Spartans stand at that time.
