Looking Back At The Spartan 66 - #19-15

We continue our look back at the Spartan 66 ranked prior to the season. How did players #19-15 stack up?

During the spring and summer, SpartanDigest.com gave you the Top 66 players in the Michigan State program. Now we continue to look back and see how our rankings panned out during the Spartans great season.

#19 – Trenton Robinson – Junior finished fourth on the team in total tackles with 69 to go with four interceptions and eight pass breakups. Should be the anchor of the defensive backs next season.

#18 – Chris Norman – Overshadowed by Jones and Gordon, all the sophomore did was post 59 total tackles. How good can Norman be? We will find out next season when more of the focus will be on him.

#17 – Tyler Hoover – The sophomore started nine games and played in all twelve during a season that saw his continues improvement in all phases of the game. Posted 35 total tackles and had three sacks. Much will be expected next season.

#16 – Colin Neely - Started and played in eleven games on the season posting 32 total tackles and leading the team in tackles for loss with ten. Will be missed next season.

#15 - Marcus Hyde – The senior enjoyed a great season ending up third on the team in tackles with 77 overall. Also pulled in three interceptions on the season saving his best for his final year in the program.
