"I like it there at Michigan State," said Adams. "It was a good visit and I'll look at them more. I have a former teammate (Keith Mumphery) up there as well and he's told me it's a great place to be. He said it can be cold sometimes, but I would rather it be colder than hotter."
While getting Adams back on campus this fall might be a challenge, it looks as if the Spartans have a solid game plan in place.
"They want me to come back up there for the Notre Dame game," said Adams. "I will probably make it up then."
While Adams was on campus just a few weeks ago, one thing stood out that is still in his mind.
"What really stood out to me was the family thing," said Adams. "Everyone up there was like one big family."
Adams feels he could bring something special to the Spartans defense much like former defensive tackle Jerel Worthy.
"My main strength is my quickness off the ball and how I use my hands," explained Adams.
SpartanDigest.com will continue to follow Adams in the coming months to see if the Spartans can get the prized recruit back on campus for an official visit.
