Spartans Give Snodgrass Big Smile

Springfield (OH) wide receiver Thaddeus Snodgrass was excited about his Michigan State camp experience before he even arrived on campus. After leaving, Snodgrass was smiling on the way home.

After having a solid day at Michigan State's camp, Springfield (OH) wide receiver Thaddeus Snodgrass headed home knowing he was to call Spartans head coach Mark Dantonio.

"The smile on my face right now is real big," said Snodgrass. "He asked me to call him after I left campus and when I did he said I had a great camp and great hands. He also said I had an offer from Michigan State."

For Snodgrass, picking up an early offer from the Spartans could place them in the driver seat as he's expressed his early interest in the Green & White in the past.

However, with a couple of more camps to come it will not surprise anyone if he adds an offer or two along the way.

"I've still got camps at Ohio State and Notre Dame," said Snodgrass. "I liked everything about Michigan State and really learned a lot from wide receiver coach Terrence Samuel. He's a cool guy and I look forward to learning more from him."
