Spartans Check on Kraemer

Having visited Michigan State for their battle with rival Michigan, Ohio 2016 offensive lineman took notice on Saturday night when the Spartans defeated Ohio State. This week, MSU made sure to checkup on the four-star sophomore.

In early November, Cincinnati (Ohio) Elder 2016 offensive lineman Tommy Kraemer saw Michigan State at its finest when they defeated Michigan. Saturday night, Kraemer became even more impressed with the Spartans as he watched them defeat Ohio State.

"I like Michigan State a lot," said Kraemer. "That was a great win over Ohio State. Coming from Ohio, all my friends were rooting for Ohio State. But as the game went on, they started telling me I should go to Michigan State."

The Spartans are not resting after earning their Rose Bowl berth and have hit the road recruiting.

"I talked with assistant coach Harlon Barnett," he said. "He said all he's got to do is show my film to offensive line coach Mark Staten and he feels they'll offer me."

Kraemer had an outstanding sophomore season and is now playing basketball to keep in shape and continue working on his footwork.
