Listermann Sets Up Return Visit to MSU

Michigan State target Noah Listermann will return to campus earlier than he thought to attend the Spartans annual spring game on Saturday.

Following his visit to Michigan State, Noah Listermann didn't have to wait long before the Spartans pulled the trigger and extended him a scholarship offer.

While the 6-foot-7, 270-pound product of Cincinnati (Ohio) Winton Woods was hopeful to make a return visit to MSU during the summer, his high school coach approved an earlier trip allowing him to miss a team function and attend the Spartans spring game on Saturday.

"I talked with my coach and he told me if I was really interested in Michigan State, I could go up to the spring game and miss our team fund raiser," explained Listermann. "So I'll be going back up with my mother.

"Michigan State is a really good place and I'm really excited to get back up there. I wanted to get up there again after they offered me and want to get up there as much as I can because I'm really interested in them."

Should Spartan fans be looking for a possible commitment on Saturday?

Not according to Listermann as he's still in the process of looking at a few schools. However, don't be surprised if a decision comes in the next few months.
