Michigan State makes 59 for Boudreaux

Spartans join lengthy offer list as Orlando Bishop Moore offensive lineman looks to narrow it down in the near future

Parker Boudreaux has one of the most impressive offer lists in the nation and Wednesday saw him net No. 59.

Michigan State joined the lengthy list when quarterback coach Brad Salem dropped by Orlando Bishop Moore.

“He ran into me at school and I just got a little chance to talk to him and he told my coach they would like to offer me,” Boudreaux said. “They watched my film as a staff and liked what they saw. They like my character and have met me in person twice already.

”They just really love what they saw on film and think I’m a great person, so they had to offer me.”

The 6-foot-4, 285-pound junior offensive guard has not visited Michigan State yet, but said Salem really wants to get him on campus.

“I have watched them play on TV a few times,” he said. “I know they have good history, tradition. I heard it’s one of the best atmospheres on game day. I know they have good academics and put a lot of players into the NFL.”

Boudreaux said a visit is something he has in mind and has heard good things from Michigan State, from a couple people around him.

”My teammate who is an offensive lineman on my team has a cousin who is a walk on there as a defensive end, Dillon Alexander,” he said. “He tells me about it all the time how much he loves it. I’m going to have to go check it out pretty soon.”

With a list number almost 60 offers now, he plans to narrow down his list soon – and says Michigan State will be on it.

”It’s getting really crazy but I’ll probably start narrowing down my list this weekend top a top 15-20,” he said.
