Spartans Add To Primetime Schedule

Michigan State Football continues to be a ticket television networks want in primetime and Thursday the Spartans added two more games to the list.

With a season opening road contest against Western Michigan slated, Michigan State will open their home schedule against Pac-12 opponent Oregon with a primetime kickoff to be televised by ABC, ESPN or ESPN2.

Also getting a primetime slot will be the Spartans match-up against Nebraska in Lincoln on Saturday, Nov. 7th with a 7 or 8 p.m. kickoff.

The Big Ten had already announced a primetime match-up at Rutgers for October 10th with a yet to be determined kickoff.

Could there be more games announced for primetime?

The schedule is a good one with games at Michigan and Ohio State along with a home contest against Penn State to close out Big Ten play.
