Michigan State linebacker Jon Reschke had confidence the Spartans offense would deliver in the crunch against Iowa.

Michigan State linebacker Jon Reschke and his defensive teammates gave the Spartans offense one last chance to win the Big Ten championship against Iowa. Reschke stresses the defense had confidence that Connor Cook and the offense would deliver in the clutch.

After coming to the Michigan State Spartans as a highly ranked linebacker prospect Jon Reschke saw injuries slow his progress.  However, this season, Reschke has played a major role in the Spartans defensive successes and Saturday night he posted four tackles in the Spartans 16-13 win over Iowa to claim the Big Ten Championship.

But there was a time when some wondered if the Spartans could put the points needed on the scoreboard to give them the win.

With their job almost done, Reschke and his defensive teammates watched on the sidelines and Connor Cook and L.J. Scott went to work.

Reschke stresses the defense was confident the offense would deliver in the clutch.
