Over the years Michigan State Spartans head coach Mark Dantonio has seen his share of prospects with fathers that have played the game of football at its highest level.
Class of 2017 wide receiver Cody White will soon become the latest prospect Dantonio signed whose father played the game at its highest level.
Sheldon White enjoyed a six year playing career with three teams that included the Detroit Lions and an overall career with the Lions that lasted 19 years.
Now, White gets a chance to look at the game from a different view as son Cody will soon be wearing the Green and White of the Spartans.
Spartan Digest spoke in detail with White about his son, recruiting, and Dantonio and the Spartans football program.
