Steve Kielp is among the top five prospects in the Land of Lincoln in 2001. His season was cut short a couple of weeks ago with a broken leg.

This Saturday, Riverside-Brookfield will have to take on two-time defending state champion, Joliet Catholic without their defensive star.

Kielp has begun to set up his official visits.

"I'm going to Michigan State (11-30), Arizona (12-7) and Georgia Tech (1-4)." Kielp said.

I don't have any other official visits set up yet and I don't have a leader. I want to take my visits before naming any leaders."

Steve Kielp should be named all-state this year. Steve is the total package and he has a tremendous upside.

Other schools in the hunt for the last two official visits are North Carolina, Duke, Boston College and Wisconsin.
