Windsor (Conn.) defensive tackle Damik Scafe (6-3, 290, 5.0) has received offers from Michigan State and Boston College. He has taken a number of unofficial visits to Boston College, Miami, Virginia, and Connecticut, and recently finished up camp stops at Boston College, Connecticut, Maryland, and Wisconsin.

In 2004, Scafe earned first team All-League and All-Conference honors after registering 79 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, and eight sacks.

Here are his thoughts on his various visits:

Boston College: "It was a good trip I liked the campus, and the coaches were great."

Miami: "It was really nice; I liked how they organized their junior day so each of us got to speak with a coach. I also met three NFL players which was nice."

Virginia: "It was nice, but there were too many kids there, they have a real nice campus."

Connecticut: "It's nice and it's my hometown school. The coaches are great."
