The question is which one?
When we caught up with Tyler today, he had not made a decision but liked what he saw and heard from Coach Mark Dantonio and his staff at Michigan State.
"The new coaching staff up there is great," said Hoover. "I really believe their going to turn things around and have Michigan State going great quickly."
When asked if he was going to be a part of the turnaround he wasn't sure. He repeated what he told Scout.com's Allen Wallace and GoBlueWolverine's Sam Webb, that it was down to the two state schools.
While Hoover plays tight end on offense, he told us "I've mostly played defensive end and I just started playing tight end." He believes most schools are recruiting him as a defensive end.
But despite interests from all those great schools, it appears he has eyes only for the Maize-and-Blue or the Green-and-White.
So what's his timetable for making a decision?
"I'm going to decide before my senior season begins," said Hoover who also stated that he is uncertain of the exact date he's going to commit.
So stay tuned to GoSpartans.net as we keep up with all the goings on with the recruitment of Tyler Hoover.
