Today, Horner received his second offer, this one from the Cincinnati Bearcats and he is stoked about the interest from bigger programs.
"I just received an offer from Cincinnati," Horner reported to GoSpartans.net. "I really like it there and its where I'm leaning right now," said the 6-foot-2, 180-pound athlete.
Horner made the trek up to East Lansing and put on an impressive display of athleticism and talent. He turned in a 4.49-40 as he worked with Coach Harlon Barnett on his backpedal and break on the ball.
While he didn't pick up a scholarship offer from Michigan State after the camp, Horner still lists the Spartans very high on his list.
"My top three right now are Cincinnati, Michigan State and Kentucky."
Editor's note: Horner committed to the University of Cincinnati earlier today.
