EAST LANSING – In the first half against Northwestern, Michigan State leaned on guard Drew Neitzel, especially when he took over the game for four minutes and 33 seconds. From 7:25 to 2:52, he was the only Spartan to hit pay dirt, knocking down three 3-pointers and racking up 13-straight points.
