EAST LANSING - Michigan State was unable to match to the challenge of the Penn State Nittany Lions who moved to 10-2 on the season after a 42-14 win over the Spartans.

Despite the loss, MSU was able to lay the ground work for the future, getting a commitment from Sunbury (OH) Big Walnut offensive tackle Skyler Schofner. In addition they hosted some talented big names and some under the radar sleepers.
