RB James White Set For Christmas Decision

Michigan State is about to find out if the holiday break will actually be the "most wonderful time of the year", when St. Thomas Aquinas running back James White makes his decision.

White confirmed tonight to GSN that he will be making a decision on his collegiate choice over the Christmas holiday break.

"(I'm down to) Wisconsin, Michigan State, Clemson and North Carolina State," said White.

The Spartans got a verbal commitment from Leveon Bell of Groveport (OH) Madison, a 6-foot-2, 215-pound power back, but they appear to still be in the hunt for a home-run hitter.

White recently told BadgerNation.com, "It was nice to get the whole side of things going on at Michigan State," White said. "They really want me and they said they need a running back, which means that I could get some playing time early."

The 5-foot-11, 195-pounder rushed for 979 yards and 11 touchdowns and caught 14 passes for 162 yards and five more touchdowns.

"I'm going to make my decision over the Christmas break," stated White.

GSN will be keeping tabs to see if White calls MSU's number as his collegiate destination.
