Come Saturday, Spartan White head coach Dave Warner will look for Andrew Maxwell to continue having a strong spring. But while Spartan Green may feel they have a slight advantage with Kirk Cousins, Warner has wide receiver/quarterback Keith Nichol will and ready to spring into action if needed.
Also powering Spartan White on offense are running backs Edwin Baker and Larry Caper. With two veterans in the backfield, Warner will enter the game with a feeling he could control the line of scrimmage with a strong running game to offset Spartan Whites passing attack.
Spartan White will look for wide receiver Keshawn Martin to continue his strong spring and give them a one-two punch when Nichol also lines up at the receiver position.
Spartan White has the biggest weapon on defense with All-American Greg Jones. The senior out of Cincinnati, Ohio has continued to impress the coaching staff with a solid spring showing improved play and great leadership.
Joining Jones at linebacker will be Chris Norman who continues to improve with each practice.
Up front Spartan White will look for Johnathan Strayhorn, Denzel Drone, Cameron Jude and R.J. Kelly to give Spartan Green pressure from the edge while Kenley Choute and Blake Pacheco will look to man the middle.
While Spartan White has some weapons on both sides of the ball they'll be pushed to the limit in this game to stay with the overall depth of Spartan Green.
