Marquise Williams' Upcoming Michigan Visit

Michigan's football staff continues to pursue top football talent. And they will be receiving a visit soon from one of the top quarterbacks in the country. His dad spoke to GBW about it.

In Michigan's effort to recruit all the way down to Signing Day. they will have a visitor on campus that they are still very high on. "We are suppose to visit the Big House for the October 8 game against Michigan State," Charlotte Mallard Creek quarterback Marquise Williams' father told GoBlueWolverine. "We are still committed to North Carolina but we are coming up just to see a football game ... nothing more then that," said Mr. Williams.

Michigan was very high on Marquise list before North Carolina received his verbal just a few months ago. The Williams family is very familiar with Rich Rodriguez and Michigan ... so just what does this visit mean with Marquise already committed to Carolina?

"It means we are just coming to see them play," he said. "We have not been up there for a game, and that is something we are going to do ... but we are still committed to North Carolina."

Marquise is having an outstanding season at this time. He has 13 throwing touchdowns and 2 rushing touchdowns as he has led his team to a 3-0 record.

GoBlueWolverine will have more on this story as it develops.
