Scout.com contacted 2011 prospect Nicholas Law from Bishop McNamara High School in Forestville, MD. The three-star defensive back has scheduled his first official visit to a Big Ten school and has another showing strong interest.
Nicholas Law recently narrowed his list to five schools. Maryland, Iowa, West Virginia, Cincinnati and Louisville will all receive official visits from Law. He will be taking his first visit this coming weekend and will take the others soon. He also has a new school showing interest and if they offer it could change his top five.
""I'm visiting Iowa this Saturday the 30th," said Law. "It should be a great game against Michigan State. I am also hearing a lot from Michigan now."
Out of Law's final five, three schools have taken a slight lead over the other two but he still plans on visiting all five.
"I'm not really sure when I will take my other visits yet. Right now Maryland, Louisville and Iowa are on top but I want to take all my visits before and make sure before I make any final decisions. More than likely I will probably commit in a month or so."
Asked if a Michigan offer would change things, Law was quick to respond.
"I would definitely look at them. It's a great school so I would do more research but I would be interested."
Law is one of the top players in the region and has been selected to play in the Chesapeake Bowl.
