He is a WR/DB "athlete" ... he'd been getting Iowa attention lately as well we're told, as well as ASU and Arizona.
Carter finished his senior season with 55 tackles and three interceptions. Two of those were returned for touchdowns (one of 96 yards and the other for 34 yards). He also caught 25 balls for over 300 yards.
He can bench 295-pounds, squat 375 and claims a 40-inch vertical jump.
Carter plans to major in either business or education and reports a 3.3 core GPA and a 20 ACT.
