Nick Stauskas is really in an appreciative mood right now. The young combo guard is happy again to be playing basketball.
"I just feel so happy to be playing again," he told GoBlueWolverine. "After my high school season I hurt my
knee and now I am back to where I was it makes me feel great. What happened to
me just makes me appreciate basketball that much more."
So with Nik already committed to Michigan what is the point
of coming up to
visit Ann Arbor.
"I just came up here to show this coaching staff some love because of the love
they have shown me. The staff were at just about all my games, and didn't have
to be. I was already committed. They followed me around to watch me play. I just
wanted to make sure everytime they left from watching me play that the staff
would say I am sure glad we signed that guy. I just didn't want to let them

"I told my dad: even though I am being recruited by a lot of these colleges,
somehow, some way, I always knew that I would ended up here at Michigan. My AAU
coach asked me what I was doing with my recruitment -- he asked me what am I
waiting for if Michigan has everything. I am happy with the decision that I
