"I think I did good," White told GoBlueWolverine. "Jump shot wasn't falling that much but I kept shooting, I felt it sometimes and I had my teammates to rely on to knock down shots -- so I just kept kicking it to them and they knocked down shots."
"If my shot's not falling my high school coach, Coach Beasley, he tells me to just keep playing and let other things fall into place so that's what I try to do," said White.
White's teammate with the Indiana Elite is East Chicago PG Hyron Edwards who got better and better each day at Spiece before eventually exploding against Luke Kennard and the King James Shooting Stars.
"Man, he is so good, so fast," said White. "He can pull up for a jumper, he can fly by you; he's just an all around good athlete."
Being from Fort Wayne, Indiana, White has attracted the attention of several Big Ten schools including Michigan.
"I've been hearing from Iowa and Michigan a lot," said White. "Purdue, Butler, Xavier, Illinois called and Boston College called."
White's lead recruiter is Michigan assistant coach Jeff Meyer who, along with the rest of the Wolverine coaching staff, has made the rising prospect feel very comfortable.
"I like him, he's a cool guy," said White. "I went on a visit and they showed me around campus. I like their staff, coaching staff."
"Their facility really stood out," said White. "I like their facility a lot. The way they play, that's a nice way to play."
White will be with his high school team, visiting camps this summer and plans on making a trip up I-94 to check out the Wolverines again.
"I might try to get up there but it depends with my high school schedule," said White. "Team camp for high school -- we have Purdue, Indiana and I think that's it. I think I'm going to Michigan's camp June 9th."
