Big Will has matured physically and it's hard to do. He's taken on the role of helping the other guys. Washington, Ash, add depth. The position moves of Roh and Black has been positive. Their weight gain has been good.
Big Will has improved on playing with his eyes and hands ...he's playing with a better leverage. he had a tendency to stand up and look for the ball - he's improved in that area. And just his overall demeanor.
Camp is a grind. Promised they'd put tremendous stress on them and take them out of their comfort zone.
Like how they practiced with no pads. To be tough daily and every play, can't answer if they're at where they want them to be physically.
