Michigan Unleashes on the Bulldogs, 93-59

Michigan jumped on South Carolina State early, and never let up.

The Wolverine opened fast, jumping to a 35-15 lead midway through the first half as Caris LeVert made his first four 3-pointers and then Nick Stauskas his first five.

At the half U-M led 59-23 as Stauskas and LeVert led the team with 17 points each, and the Wolverines shot 66%, and 12-18 in tre's.

The Wolverines kept their foot on the gas in the second stanza, and cruised to an easy win.

LeVert led U-M with 24 points on 7-11 shooting (6-7 in 3-pointers).
Stauskas had 23 on 6-7 shooting, 5-6 in tre's, and added 6 rebounds and 5 assists.
Glenn Robinson III had 13 points and 9 rebounds.
Derrick Walton Jr. added 12 points.
Jon Horford had 9 points and 15 rebounds.

U-M shot 51% and 54% (15-28) in tre's.

Next up for the 2-1 Wolverines is a tough road test at Iowa State (1-0, and winning tonight as well) on Sunday.
