And while he may be a 2017 prospect, Hills says his brother has given him some early advice on his recruitment.
"He just told me to work hard and stay focused," Hill said his advice from his brother Delano. "He said do good on my grades and I can go anywhere in the country."
And while the younger Hill is in the beginning stages of his recruitment, he is already hearing considerable interest from in-state rivals Michigan and Michigan State.
"I plan on going up to Michigan for junior day," Hill said. "I haven't visited in a minute though. I just want to have a good time with the coaches and stuff. And just have fun."
And his thoughts on the Spartans.
"They're a good school. I haven't talked to them in a minute though," Hilll said. "I have been talking to (MSU coach Curtis) Blackwell. He was telling me to stay focused and stuff."
At 5-foot-10, 175-pounds, Hill says he is looking for certain characteristics early on his recruitment.
"I am looking for good academics and the coaches and how I connect with them, " said Hill.
