At 6-foot-7, 200-pounds, Daniels says Xavier and Tennessee are recruiting him the hardest right now, and also had an opportunity to check out the Vols for an unofficial visit.
"It was a great experience," Daniels said on visit to Tennessee. "The football games, the atmosphere was wonderful. I loved it. They showed a lot of family, leadership and all of that."
And while the Wolverines have yet offer, his interest level in U-M is "high."
"I really like Michigan's game," Daniels said. "They're coaching the team really well. It would be a very high interest to receive [an offer] from Michigan, that would be a very high interest because I know their basketball path. That's a great program and I would love it."
But in the end, Daniels says he is looking for a program that can further develop him as a player.
"As far as what the coaching staff can do to help my development," Daniels said. "I don't want to be one of those players that leaves college and is not really NBA ready. I want to be able to leave college and make a very big impact when I step foot on the next level."
He said he plans to make his commitment before his senior season.
