“Everybody is in my top [group],” Burrell said. “They gave been very, very vocal. Communication is key for me, so that is definitely the thing.”
Michigan has been one the schools that has stayed in consistent communication with Burrell.
“We’ve been just been catching up,” Burrell said. “Talking and keeping that relationship building since my freshman year [with U-M assistant coach Roy Manning].”P> Burrell currently has an open invite to Michigan’s annual Barbecue at the Big House later this month. He says he’s “considering” to take the trip, but hasn’t made any plans as of yet. But when he does finally make it back up to Ann Arbor, the four-star talent says he want to build a better relationship with the U-M head man.
“It’s going to be more about me,” Burrell said on his next visit to U-M. “So I am going to look for the stuff I need to look for. So relationships, getting know [U-M coach] Brady Hoke. Little stuff like that.”
