ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Michigan held on for a much needed win Saturday night over Penn State in front of 113,085 under the lights at the big house.
18-13, the final.
Led by an injured quarterback Devin Gardner, the offense made plays including a miraculous first quarter touchdown reception by Devin Funchess, along with several key third down grabs by Amara Darboh.
Defensively, Jourdan Lewis came up with a huge interception while Jake Ryan led the defense with three tackles for loss, all capped off by a Frank Clark sack late in the fourth quarter.
