Michigan 2015 RB commit Mike Weber talks visits, and who is in contact with him inside -- With Highlights
DETROIT – Mike Weber
scored two touchdowns, as Detroit Cass Tech outlasted Detroit Mumford 25-15 on Saturday. And while it was another great day for the four-star running back, the bigger news heading into the contest is he would be taking visits.
While Weber maintains he is still committed to Michigan, there has been much turmoil with the status of U-M coach Brady Hoke possibly getting fired at the end of the season. Which is why Weber, and other U-M commits are looking at other options.
“I’m going to take my visits,” Weber said. “Then go from there, really. Just see what happens, really.”
Now, the bigger question is, which schools is he considering?
“Whoever is really contacting me right now,” Weber said. “Far as Ohio State, Michigan State, Tennessee, Wisconsin. Teams like that.”
However, at the moment, Weber says he has no set planned visits.
Not really,” Weber said. “I’m going to sit down with my parents and see from there.”
