Michigan basketball coach John Beilein sat down with Sam Webb on Sports Talk 1050 WTKA this morning to reflect upon his team's thrilling victory over Syracuse, the play of Ricky Doyle, and look ahead to the weekend match-up with NJIT

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Spike Albrecht's three-pointer from the top of the key broke a 63-63 tie with 26.7 seconds left and helped the University of Michigan men's basketball team (No. 17 AP, No. 16 ESPN/USA Today) to a 68-65 victory over Syracuse in the ACC-Big Ten Challenge on Tuesday night (Dec. 2) inside Crisler Center. Albrecht finished with 11 points, a career-high nine assists and zero turnovers on the night.

The Wolverines had five double-figure scorers in the game, led by Irvin with a game-high 18 points. Junior Caris LeVertfinished with 12 points and six assists, while freshman Kameron Chatman posted 10 points and a career-high nine rebounds. Ricky Doyle finished with 12 points on 4-of-6 shooting, and he went 4-of-5 on free throw attempts.
