Pittsburgh 2017 LB Looking To Visit Michigan

Pittsburgh (Pa.) Central Catholic 2017 linebacker David Adams talks potential visit to U-M, his overall interest in Michigan and more.

Pittsburgh (Pa.) Central Catholic 2017 linebacker David Adams is a player on the rise in the Keystone state. Already with notable offers from Penn State, West Virginia and Pittsburgh, Adams has quietly become a hot sought after commodity these past couple months.

And other top programs are taking notice too -- including Michigan.

"I just talked to Coach [Michael] Zordich last week and I'm going up for a visit [to Michigan] soon," Adams said. "They want me to come up. Coach Zordich told me that they watched my tape and they think I am one hell of a player."

"I know I'm visiting for sure. I just don't know when yet. I look forward to meeting all the coaches and checking out their amazing stadium."

That being said, however, Adams admits he is very interested in what the Wolverines have to offer.

"I'm very interested in Michigan, "said Adams, who stands at 6-foot-2, 225-pounds. "It's a great school with a tough football team."

And if Michigan were to offer?

"It would mean everything," Adams said on a potential Michigan offer. "Just like every other offer does."

As far as any other upcoming visits, Adams says his schedule is wide open this spring-summer.

"I don't have anything set up yet. But schools are interested. So I will be taking other visits too," he said.
