Scout TV: Caris LeVert on Decision to Return

Michigan's Caris LeVert sat down with media Tuesday to discuss his decision to return to school and what he's most looking forward to next season.

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Michigan wing Caris LeVert decided it was in his best interest to return to the Wolverines for his senior season.

Fresh off a disappointing end to his junior year, LeVert hopes to come back healthier than ever, eager to help guide Michigan back to the NCAA tournament and a Big Ten championship.

"For starters, it would have been tough leaving a great University like this when I'm so close to graduating," LeVert said. "I'm a couple semesters away. Second of all, I mean this is a great team coming back, we have a lot of experience at a lot of positions and you saw a lot of the young guys grow up last year throughout the season.

"I'm really excited about joining that group next year. And the chance to be senior leadership on this team, that's just a blessing and I'm really humbled to be in that situation with Spike (Albrecht) as well and we're ready to take on that challenge."

Sitting down with media to discuss his decision making process, thoughts on the current state of the program, and how he hopes to factor in as a leader in 2015-16, LeVert details it all in the video below.
