Hall Excited About 2nd U-M Visit

Oak Park (Mich.) OT JaRaymond Hall is considered by many to be one of the top prospects in the Great Lake State’s class of 2017. Michigan clearly thinks so as evidenced by their recent offer. Now the Maize & Blue is planning to show him even more love when he makes his way to campus as part of a big recruiting day.

Jaraymond Hall has had a few positive Michigan experiences in recent weeks, and next month he will have yet another.  The Oak Park (Mich.) standout reconnected with the Wolverine coaching staff last week and learned that he had been invited to a special recruiting event in Ann Arbor.

“They said they were inviting the top kids in 2017,” said Hall.  “About seven or eight (prospects were invited) up there May 31st to see campus and walk us around and show us what they’re about.”

It’s a day aimed at showing the top players in-state that they are indeed major priorities for Michigan.  The visit hasn’t happened yet and that message has already been received by Hall.

“It feels good,” he said.  “It feels real good.”

There’s a chance that the date of the event could be moved based on conflicts with other events.  Whatever the case, Hall says he will be there.

“I’m going to take my mom up there with me… my mom and my dad. Definitely.”
