Michigan has Early Advantage with 2018 OL

Recruiting is still in its infancy for 2018 Indianapolis (Ind.) Cathedral offensive lineman Emil Ekiyor, but Michigan has definitely made a strong impression.

Indianapolis (Ind.) Cathedral offensive lineman Emil Ekiyor was one of the youngest prospects in attendance at the Nike Football Training Camp in Illinois Sunday, but that didn’t prevent the talented youngster from holding his own.  That was rendered even more impressive by the fact that the 6-4, 290-pounder has spent much of his spring on the hardwood.  Michigan and South Florida are excited enough about his potential to already have extended scholarship offers.

However, in the early going the Wolverines have a distinct advantage.

“Right now (Michigan) is probably first just because it was my first offer… and they’re probably showing me the most love,” Ekiyor said.
