"I have been just been going to the school and talking to Coach Wheatley," Hall said. "My Dad has been talking to him too."
How has his relationship grown in the past few months with Michigan -- specifically -- with Wheatley?
"It's a big relationship," Hall said. "I call him and talk to him. It's big, it's a big relationship."
On Tuesday, Hall says he'll be on Michigan's campus when they play host to the top eight sophomores in the state.
"I'll be there Tuesday for the great eight," he said. "They got a little game thing for us. I'm looking forward to it."
However, besides hanging out with his fellow top recruits, Hall says he's looking forward to actually to getting to know Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh for the first time.
"I want to meet Jim Harbaugh again," he said. "I want to build a relationship with him. I seen him at the spring game, but it wasn't, you know, I couldn't talk to him how I wanted to talk to him. .. Although everything was good the last time I went."
Hall, who also went on a visit to OSU on Saturday, says his plan is to camp at Ohio State this summer in hopes of earning an offer.
