2017 DE Luiji Vilain might have been the best Canadian prospect in attendance, and it seemed he the attention of the Michigan coaching staff. He says he has talked with Coach Mattison and there is talks about another visit. Will Michigan offer? That could be very likely, we'll see.
Canadian 2016 CB Patrice Rene says he is looking to make his final decision by the end of the summer. He says Michigan has talked to him, but a visit remains to be seen. It seems U-M has cooled on him since the transition to the new staff.
Fellow Canadian standout, 2017 DB Johnathon Sutherland, Michigan recruitment has cooled a little, but says he still very much interested in the Wolverines. He says U-M has talked to his coaches, and would like to hear more from Michigan in the future.
