ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Michigan will be getting the best tight end in the conference back for his senior year.
Butt announced via Twitter on Tuesday that he will come back for his senior season a day after saying he was "50-50" regarding his decision to forgo his last year of eligbility for the NFL Draft.
"My heart and soul is with Michigan and I'm excited to return for my senior year and play for the most historic university, greatest coaches in college football and to go into battle another year with my friends and teammates," Butt tweeted. "There are many goals we have set for our team and there's more work to be done. Starting with getting win number 10 against the Gators! Go Blue."
Butt finished his junior season with 620 yards and three touchdowns.
