ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- If Michigan is to defeat Penn State on Saturday, it's going to have to be without yet another senior captain for the time being.
Michigan announced before tipoff that guard Caris LeVert will miss the Penn State game with an apparent leg injury.
"Caris will miss today's game and his future status will be determined on a day-to-day basis," said Beilein in a statement. "We hope to know more this upcoming week as he continues with his treatment."
LeVert is currently averaging 32 minutes a game as well as 17 points per game.
This is a developing story.
