Jamar Bryant (6-3, 193 lbs., 4.6 in the 40, 2.5 GPA, Sept. SAT) has verbal offers from North Carolina, Virginia, Nebraska, Duke, and Michigan. The soft-spoken talent received an official offer from Clemson recently and I wanted to know how things stood with him in light of that offer.
What are your top schools?
"Virginia, Michigan, Duke, Clemson, Nebraska, and North Carolina."
Do you have a favorite?
"I'd say Virginia and Michigan"
Who did you talk to from the Michigan Staff?
"Coach Campbell called me in May to offer me a scholarship. I haven't talked to Coach Carr yet though."
What do you like about Michigan?
"They pass the ball a lot, I like that."
What position will you play in college?
"I play QB now, but everyone at the Nike Camp liked me as a receiver, so I'll play there in college."
What will your major be in college?
"Computer Science. I haven't really looked around at any schools for that except North Carolina, I only live about an hour from there so I get to see the campus a lot."
When will you make a decision?
"Probably not until after the end of the season, I want to take all my visits first."
Will Michigan get a visit?
"Uh huh, I'll go up there sometime during the season. We have a bye-week sometime but I'm not sure when, maybe I'll go that weekend."
