After picking up an offer from the Wolverines, Brunswick (Ga.) junior offensive tackle D’ante Demery now has plans to see Michigan up close in the near future

One of the top, physically imposing offensive linemen in the country is Brunswick (Ga.) junior offensive tackle D’ante Demery. 

At 6-foot-6, 301-pounds, Demery features the measurable's of an elite prospect, translating into a burgeoning recruitment. His offer list continues to grow with the latest coming out of nowhere from Jim Harbaugh and Michigan.

“The head coach had called my coach and we talked for a minute and they gave me the offer,” Demery told The Michigan Insider. “I'm excited about the Michigan offer. It was out the blue.”

After adding a scholarship from Michigan, Demery now plans to check out Ann Arbor in the near future.

“I've never been there but I see they are on the come up,” Demery said. “I really like Michigan now that they've offer me, but I'm trying to get up there and check it out. I’ll visit April 1 for their spring game.”

A trip Demery is eager to get underway.

“I'm real excited,” said Demery. “I've never been and I'm just ready to meet the staff and see what Michigan feels like.”
